Tonight Rocket and I dropped by the CIT2 holiday get together thingy ma bob. It was such a good time. I don't think I have laughed that hard in so long. There were 11 of them there, which is pretty darn good for 15. The other four of them had personal stuff going on or out of the area. Jabbs even called in to say hi from Hawaii. :o)
Everytime I see my kids, ok so they really aren't kid kids anymore since most of them are bigger than me and are either a junior or a senior in high school, but they give me such a warm feeling inside. Almost giving me validity and worth spending my time doing something fun and making a difference. Not sure how much of an impact that I make with them, but I'm sure there's a tad there. (Right?!)
I couldn't help but think about where they are all going in life and that this would probably be the last time that such a big group of them were all together again. Guess I'm just a sentimental sap. So if any of you are reading... this is to you...
