Amazing... absolutely amazing... my sisters, my mom, and I went to see Varekai, Cirque du Soleil tonight... I'll write more about it later, but until then I'm going to go and snuggle in bed and dream about flying people. Night all!
Posted by tricia at January 20, 2004 11:02 PMIt was indeed awesome. Check out http://www.cirquedusoleil.com/CirqueDuSoleil/en/shows/touring/varekai for more info.
I always thought Cirque du Soleil would be a bit too weird, but it was actually good.
How do you feel about interpretive dance, now, Triscuit?
Posted by: nicole at January 21, 2004 07:38 AMWell thanks for the link, we will need to work on your HTML skills later.
It's not that I hate interpretive dance... it's just I had this one bad experience my freshman year. Lori took Martin and me to a harmless show at school. Just think college and dance majors... Then there was another time her dance professor was in some play that she wanted to go and see. Well, needless to say it was super scary and lots of weird lovin'. And her professor was not too pretty. Just a eye opener first semester in college. Lori tried dragging us to some other weirdo things too, so now I am a little more broken in... but you just never know.
