Big Announcement

Well folks, I know I haven't been keeping up on this very often, so thank you for those who have stuck through it. :o) The time has come for me to grow up and snip the parent free stuff strings.

I have offically moved out.

Yup, that's right. I'm living with my friend Heidi in a sweet, and I mean sweet apartment in Belmont Shore. Amazingly, we got it for super cheap, and check the map the ocean is our front yard!

Of course we have had some stumbles so far in the moving in process... let's see... we have no furniture. Heidi coming from a studio and me from my parent's house we really don't have furniture. But don't say that too loud, because things start coming out of the woodwork. We got hooked up with a really nice, barely used couch, a matching chair, a dining room table (that we had to turn down, too big), a bed, two microwaves, and a 17 inch TV. ::edit:: And a coffee pot, anyone have a toaster? ::/edit::

Yesterday I went to take a shower and ran the water for about 10 minutes waiting for it to get hot. Whoops... no gas, no hot water. Well that's getting turned on today. I felt like an idiot though standing in my towel trying to brave the freezing water.

Last night we attempted to put together a microwave stand. Ikea really makes screwing screws rough. It's all about the electric screw driver I'm going to jack from my dad tonight. Don't worry, I'll return it... just like you all always get your stuff back eventually. ;o)

That's it for me. I'll try to keep more updated and I'm sure the adventures have just begun!
